Congratulations on your new adoption . We hope you will have a life-long companion for years to come.
It's our goal to deliver the happiest and healthiest puppy possible. With that in mind we do
offer the following guarantee. You have 4 days to have your puppy checked by licensed Veterinarian of your choice.
Upon the examination if your veterinarian determines any life-threaten problems with your puppy, you MUST
provide us with a written statement from your vet and return the puppy to us within 24 hours of the finding.,
So we can have the puppy checked-out by our Vet. If our Vet Concurs, we will exchange the puppy for the same sex
and price range (Subject to availability). Any health problem must be related to a problem we could have
avoided * not by injury or lack of care when taking from us. NO guarantees are made in regards to the puppy which
may arise later in the puppy life, since several factors can occur, such as lack of Veterinarian care, poor diet,
or improper care of this puppy, etc. that can affect a wide variety of conditions that COULD NOT be controlled
by the breederl. When you purchase a puppy from us, we hope you are COMMITTING yourself to the
puppy*s well-being for its entire life-span. If for ANY reason you feel you are not able to care for one of our
puppies and you must abandon it, Please contact us before you take it to a shelter or dog pound, so we can help
you re-home this puppy, if this becomes necessary. UNDER NO circumstance this is an offer to purchase the
puppy back, but a means to help you find a new owner for your puppy if needed.
The purchaser assumes all responsibilities for the puppy including all medical expenses inquired when taken from
us at the time of delivery or pick up. The breeder does not guarantee for internal and external parasites, cherry-eyes,
an under/over bites, Patellar luxations, hernia's and sugar issues, also the breeder does not guarantee size or
color.
Your puppy has been examened by a licenced vetenerian prior to delivery or pick up and is accompanied with a
health certificate from that vet, stating the health of your puppy.
The puppy is sold as Pet Quality on a non-breeding agreement unless otherwise noted in the contract.
NO CASH REFUND!!! Any evidence of neglect, abuse, or if the purchaser does not take the puppy to the Veterinarian
within the allotted time or maintain all scheduled vaccinations and worming will void all parts of the contract.
The contract then becomes As Is with no health warranty. If the price is reduced for any reason, the purchaser
agrees
to As is, with no health warranty.Your Puppy comes with a 6 weeks free Health Insurance, after 6 weeks you can
decide if you want to continue the Health Insurance from PetSecure. We recommend doing this for at least the first
year of your puppies life
Your puppy is microchipped and you will receive the CKC registration papers in the mail.
